You & K&H+ motorway tickets in your mobile banking app

In the K&H+ application you have access to a digital toll / e-vignette service, where you can buy e-vignettes as necessary to use motorways and other toll roads in Hungary. You can purchase an e-vignette with just a few clicks, and it will be valid directly.

Yes, you do. As with all K&H+ services, you will first have to register to use this service. By registering, you agree to and accept our General Terms and Conditions of Contract and the contents of the Privacy Notice.

1. Open the K&H mobile bank and select K&H+.
2. Click on the e-vignette icon.
3. Enter your vehicle’s licence plate number and category (e.g., D1, D1m, D2) and then select the type of e-vignette you need.
4. Check the data you have supplied for correctness and then select a bank card for payment.
5. After successful purchase, the e-vignette you selected will be directly available through the mobile bank.

Yes, you can. You will be able to set a future date as the starting date of validity of your daily, weekly and monthly e-vignettes, with 31st December of the current year as the last available option.

Yes, you can. You will be able to buy more than one e-vignette to be valid for the same licence plate number and you will also be able to buy several e-vignettes for more than one licence plate number.

You will find the e-vignette(s) you have purchased, complete with all the details, under ‘purchase history’ within K&H+ in the K&H mobile bank.   

Yes, you will; provided you have enabled push notifications, the mobile bank will send you notifications before your e-vignettes expire.

Yes, in the K&H+ application you can also buy e-vignettes for motorcycles, and you can choose from the same types of e-vignette as for other vehicles. For motorcycles, please select category ‘D1M’.

The validity of any e-vignette is invariably associated with the data you have supplied when buying that particular e-vignette. The wrong licence plate number or category results in an unusable e-vignette. Please note that if you have supplied the wrong licence plate number or category, you will be entitled to no refund at all. Therefore please pay close attention when entering all required data.

Yes, you can. The system supports the licence-plate number formats of most countries and recognises the format automatically.

You can modify your billing data under ‘billing data’ in the Settings menu of K&H+. You can provide billing data for private persons as well as for businesses.

You can modify the particulars of your vehicle under ‘my vehicles’ in the Settings menu of K&H+.

Yes, it is possible: you will be able to save both the billing and the vehicle’s (vehicles’) data you supply as default data. Unless and until you change those data, they will appear as your default data whenever you start a new purchase. You will be able to modify those data when you start a new purchase, or supply the data afresh every time.

No, you cannot. Any and all purchases are final and non-modifiable / non-cancellable, and the e-vignette enters into effect immediately upon purchase.

To make a purchase you can use any one of your bank cards registered in the K&H mobile bank. Payment is instant and secure.

When you start a transaction, you will always be offered the option to select the bank card you wish to use to pay the amount displayed.

You will find your invoice and the details of your purchase under ‘purchase history’ in the mobile bank. Please note that no separate e-mail will be sent with your invoice.

Please check your ‘purchase history’ in the mobile bank. Should you be unable to find it there, then please contact the K&H Customer Service.

Please consult the Complaints section under ‘e-vignette’ in the Settings menu of K&H+ to decide if you should contact K&H Bank or Nemzeti Útdíjfizetési Szolgáltató (the National Road Toll Service company).

This service is provided by K&H Csoportszolgáltató Központ Kft., and the payment transactions are processed by K&H Bank Zrt. The e-vignettes are sold via an official re-seller partner.

You can cancel the service under ‘e-vignette’ in the Settings menu of K&H+. Any and all e-vignettes purchased will remain valid until their respective expiry dates, notwithstanding cancellation of the service itself.

You will be able to purchase e-vignettes directly from their official sellers in neighbouring countries: click on the links of the selected sellers under ‘international e-vignettes’ in the main menu of K&H+. Please note that by following the links as mentioned above you will leave our mobile bank, and K&H Bank will no longer accept any liability whatsoever from that point onwards.
