K&H e-post login

& did YOU know?

  • the URL in the address bar shows you the website you are actually on

  • the K&H e-post login page, where you can choose a way to log in is https://www.kh.hu/web/eng/epost

what to do if the URL you see is not that of K&H e-post login page?

  • DO NOT provide your login details

  • close your browser

  • forward the e-mail with the fraudulent link as an attachment to informationsecurity@kh.hu

& if the harm is already done?

& how to protect yourself against attacks?

  • always check the website URL in the address bar
  • do not click on any link in an email that says it is urgent, threatens you with a sanction or contains a blatantly good offer
  • keep in mind that the Bank will NEVER ask you to click on a link to log in to the e-post,
  • if the caller asks for your password, ePIN, SMS confirmation code during a conversation, you can be sure you are talking to a fraudster. Disconnect the line!
  • remember that under no circumstances will the Bank ask you to install a remote access app/software on your device or ask you to transfer your money to another, ‘secure’ account
