  • always check the website URL in the address bar
  • do not click on any link in an email that says it is urgent, threatens you with a sanction or contains a blatantly good offer
  • keep in mind that the Bank will NEVER ask you to click on a link to log in to the e-card,
  • if the caller asks for your password, ePIN, SMS confirmation code during a conversation, you can be sure you are talking to a fraudster. Disconnect the line!
  • remember that under no circumstances will the Bank ask you to install a remote access app/software on your device or ask you to transfer your money to another, ‘secure’ account

For what and how can I use the K&H e-card interface?

The K&H e-card interface is primarily designed to help those retail supplementary card or business card owners who do NOT have access to the K&H e-bank or the K&H mobilbank, as these functions are also available through our e-channels once logged in to the application.

what should I do if I don't know my K&H eID?

  • Your K&H eID is shown on the first page of your account statement.
  • It is available in any K&H branch after proper identification
  • With the help of our colleagues through K&H TeleCenter (+36 1/20/30/70 335 3355), or in the case of business card owners, through our Corporate Customer Service (+36 1 468 7777) after providing the required personal information

what should I do if I forgot my K&H ePIN?

  • You can re-apply for it in any K&H branch after proper identification, or
  • Through K&H TeleCenter (+36 1/20/30/70 335 3355), or in the case of business card owners, through our Corporate Customer Service (+36 1 468 7777), after providing the required personal information, our colleagues will send you a new K&H ePIN via regular mail.
  • Even easier, through K&H TeleCenter, or in the case of business card owners, through our Corporate Customer Service, using the video call service where our colleagues will promptly give you a new K&H ePIN.
