We would like to inform our customers that in the case of misuse of a non-cash payment instrument (e.g. bank card, online banking, mobile application), we will examine the issue of liability for damages. Our institution is not liable for damages if it can be established as a result of the investigation that the client contributed to the occurrence of the damage through his grossly negligent conduct. The final decision on the existence of gross negligence may be made by the court.
