mobile application for business clients [K&H Electra24]
With our mobile app you can stay up-to-date with your company's finances, wherever you are. After contracting:
- you can simply sign and submit orders prepared in Electra, even when you are out of the office
- you can search transactions from 01 January 2011
- you can check your current account balance

login
After contracting, you can log in to K& Electra24 mobile application with your K&H e-ID. Every new user receives a private K&H e-ID, which is a unique numerical 8 characters long identification code to identify the User.
The given K&H e-ID can be query in the bank branch, either from K&H TeleCenter or via K&H Corporate Customer Service.
After that the application automatically launches the installed VICA application. The VICA application automatically starts both at logging in and signing a transaction. You can set to get your e-ID stored in the mobile application in the „settings” menu.

select client
You can see the name of the selected client under the menu. You can select other client from the drop-down list that shows up by tapping on the name of the (currently used) client. The list contains those clients that are linked to the user, and have valid contract to use K&H Electra24 mobile application.

account overview
You can see the accounts and deposits in separate list. The list’s given element shows the account number, the account name and currency and the available balance. You can view detailed information of the account by clicking on it.

account history
You can view the sent batches from the last 30 days in this menu by default. The list shows the first 30 results, but the next 30 results will be loaded after scrolling down in the list. You can set filters to find a specific transaction, and you can search from 1st of January 2011. The function is only available in K&H accounts module.

manage orders
You can view the prepared orders divided into 2 parts in this menu. You can view the details of the package and each order of it, by clicking on it. You can modify the filters (order type, date, and amount) in all submenus. The date filter means the planned sending date at the prepared packages, and it means the submit date in case of sent packages.
You can view the packages that are not yet sent, but have at least one signature in the „packages with signature” submenu. In the „packages without signature” submenu, you can view the packages without signatures.
You can sign a package by ticking the box and clicking on the „+” button; after signing you can send it or you can put it to the common area. You can delete the signatures from the packages in this submenu.
You can query the sent packages’ status in the „last 31 days” submenu. The sent orders can be viewed in 3 groups to make the overview easier: „rejected packages” (the bank has received the order, but it can be fulfilled, for instance because of lack of provision), „packages under process” (the bank has received the order and it’s being processed), and „completed packages” (the bank has received the orders and the account has been charged with the orders’ amount.)

You can reach the „account overview”, the „account history” or the „manage orders” functions as well. You can call K&H Corporate Customer Support, set the language, and set the mobile application to store your K&H e-ID.

You need to download 2 applications to use it:

K&H Electra24 (mobile application based electronic banking service), which is an application of K&H Bank’s Electra system developed for smartphones.

VICA, which is a virtual chip card application that provides safe data transfer between the mobile application and the bank servers.
After contracting, you can access your K&H Bank accounts through the application. For contracting, call your corporate Relationship Manager or call K&H Corporate Customer Service at +36 1 468 7777. K&H Electra 24 mobile application based electronic banking service fee can be found in the prevailing Announcement for Corporate Clients.
