  • K&H TeleCenter is available between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. every day of the week. Outside that period, the TeleCenter’s functions are limited to emergency measures (primarily blocking bank cards and electronic services). These functions are available round the clock, 365 days of the year.


Some of our services are only accessible following electronic identification, so you will need your eight-digit eID and your six-digit ePIN code to enter the automated system.

Our automated services available by phone, i.e. balance query and ePIN code modification can only be used following electronic identification.
