K&H employer discount

K&H employer discount special offer: starting April 12, 2023 – until revoked or till December 31, 2023, at the latest.

1. Participants:

Employer (hereinafter: Employer): a business employing more than 5 employees that

- during the run of the special offer signs a Co-operation Agreement with the Bank (hereinafter: Co-operation Agreement),

- at least five, i.e. 5, of its Employees sign a new K&H smart comfort plus account package online bank account package agreement (Account Package Agreement) with K&H Bank within 6 months after the entry into force of the Co-operation Agreement through the K&H online account opening application and

 - pays salaries to Employees from this newly opened bank account.

Employee (hereinafter: Employee): a natural person who has an employment or contractual relationship with the Employer, who

- following the signing of the Co-operation Agreement enters into an Account Package Agreement with the Bank and whose

- salaries (salaries, assignment fees, other benefits not qualifying as salaries, hereinafter “salaries”) are paid by the Employer from the K&H Account specified in the Co-operation Agreement to the account featuring in the Account Package Agreement at least once in the three, i.e. 3 months after account opening.

2. How to take advantage of the special offer:

Employer

a) concludes a Co-operation Agreement with the Bank,

b) at least 5 of its Employees sign a new Account Package Agreement with K&H Bank within 6 months of signing the Co-operation Agreement through the K&H online account opening application,

c) transfer the Employee's salary of minimum HUF 70,000 (seventy thousand forints) at least once within 3 months after the date of opening the Employee's account from the K&H bank account specified in the Co-operation Agreement to the bank account specified in the Account Package Agreement.

Employee

a) once the Employer signs a Co-operation Agreement, concludes an Account Package Agreement with the Bank

b) for the purpose of salary payments, provides the bank account information featuring in the Account Package Agreement to the Employer

c) within 3 months of the conclusion of the Account Package Agreement, the Employee must pay a salary of minimum HUF 70,000 from their K&H bank account specified in the Employer Co-operation Agreement into the account linked to the Account Package.

3. K&H employer discount

Employee discount (Discount)

If the above conditions are fully met within the deadline, Employees will benefit from a 6-month waiver of the account package fee, in addition to the 3-month package fee discount granted under the Announcement regarding the Account Package Agreement.

Employer discount

Provided that

- during the term of the Co-operation Agreement, the Employer enters into a Bank Account Agreement with the Bank and, at the time of signing the Co-operation Agreement and

- in the 6 months prior to that date, they did not have a bank account with the Bank, and

- it pays salaries and salaries to its Employees from this newly opened bank account,

the Employer will be entitled to a waiver of the account management fee for a period of 12 months from the opening of the Bank Account.

4. Determining the beneficiaries of the Discount

Provided that

a) within 6 months of concluding the Co-operation Agreement, salaries are credited to any account linked to a K&H ‘okos’ comfort plus online bank account package from the Employer’s K&H bank account specified in the Co-operation Agreement and

b) the Account Package Agreement to which the above credit is made was concluded after the Co-operation Agreement had been signed and

c) the Employer has at least 5 Employees who satisfy the above conditions

the Employees concerned and, subject to Section III.2, the Employer will become entitled to the Discount.

Eligibility for the Discount will be determined using the records and computer systems of the Organiser.
