identification device text message mobil-token

daily payment limit (HUF)

50 million

none (limitless)

use with mobile token

The mobile token built into the K&H mobilbank application lets you log in to e-bank and sign transactions very securely yet simply and fast, using just your smartphone and no keyboard.

To log in with a mobile token, you will need to download the K&H mobilbank application from the relevant on-line store (App Store, Google Play).

You can use the mobile token built into the activated mobilbank application to log in to K&H e-bank. To do this, select the ‘log in to e-bank’ function in the login screen of the mobilbank. At the same time, select the ‘log in with mobile token’ menu item in the e-bank login screen and take a picture of the coloured code that is then displayed. You will need to confirm the login with your mPIN code or, if you have an iPhone device, with a Touch ID.

use with text messages

All you need for logging in and confirming transactions is your mobile phone. The primary password received by text message when you log in and the secondary password received when you are about to confirm a transaction will ensure security.

In case of foreign phone number registration contact your phone service provider for identification protocol of SIM card replacement. Please note that if the provider do not use strong enough authentication (strong authentication eg.: personal authentication, electronic signature) the risk of phising increases.

K&H corporate e-bank allows authorised users to confirm transactions by signing them at a later time than the transaction entry.

security information

  • for your own security, please protect your computer with a firewall and antivirus software, which you should update regularly
  • make sure that unauthorised persons cannot access your IDs and password
  • when you have finished using the e-bank, use the Log off button instead of merely closing your browser
  • if you can, avoid using the e-bank on a public network or a shared computer
  • in case of foreign phone number registration contact your phone service provider for identification protocol of SIM card replacement. Please note that if the provider do not use strong enough authentication (strong authentication eg.: personal authentication, electronic signature) the risk of phising increases.

  • those who wish to have access to up-to-date information on their business accounts without having to visit a branch in person, and to whom attractive prices matter, as they can submit transactions in e-bank for lower charges than in a bank branch

authorisation management

the director of a business may grant users different authorisation levels in K&H corporate e-bank:

director

  • full authorisation over the account and the ability to grant the right of instruction to other persons means that such type of user has complete e-bank authorisations and the right to appoint further users and allocate user authorisations. If a company has several directors who are joint signatories, they will also need to act together when defining user authorisations in K&H corporate e-bank

system administrator authorisation

  • such a user may set up authorisations for different users from the company but a director’s approval will be required for such settings

account-level authorisations

  • data entry authorisation gives the user the right to enter transactions to the account. A user with signatory authorisation or a director then needs to sign off the transactions
  • signatory authorisation provides comprehensive right of disposal over a certain subset of accounts (the user can submit and sign off transactions without anyone else)
  • shared signatory authorisation provides the user with the right to submit instructions and transactions jointly with another user holding signatory authorisation

product-level authorisations

  • for a batch authorisation, the client will need to have the group ID received at the time of signing the corporate e-bank contract. Users with batch authorisation may enter and submit batch packages and view batch notifications
  • with a deposit administrator authorisation, users may place and cancel deposits, and also run inquiries of deposits
  • the bank card administrator authorisation gives users the right to run the card report and change the purchase and daily limits (this requires confirmation by a director)

Directors can set up and modify authorisations in the K&H corporate e-bank “settings / authorisations” menu.
