K&H Bank to provide corporate finance services
Over the past years activities of K&H Bank and KBC Securities Hungary have gradually come closer together. Therefore a decision was made whereby as of 1 July 2018 a separate, full-service corporate finance arm will be created within K&H Bank’s Business Banking Division. Following this decision, within KBC Group, corporate finance activities will be provided in Hungary by K&H Bank. Simultaneously, pursuant to the decision of the KBC Group Executive Committee, the similar services of KBC Securities Hungarian Branch Office will be discontinued.
The following activities will be added to the service portfolio of K&H Bank’s Business Banking Division:
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
Our M&A advisory services include providing professional transaction advice to buyers and sellers of companies, helping them from the very beginning to the very end of the process, so that they can complete the given transaction under the best possible conditions, in full knowledge of future opportunities and risks. As part of our transaction advisory services we also provide debt and equity capital raising services for our clients as needed. - Capital market transactions
Our capital market transaction advisory services include the organization and execution of bond and share offerings/placements, stock exchange listings, public bids and squeeze-outs, and other securities transactions related to bonds and shares. - Strategic financial advisory services
We perform the business valuation of entire companies or a specific business line/division or activity, provide advice on business development and strategic expansion and prepare financial models.
