can I choose any one of the new card types on offer?

The replacement of old cards follows a fixed logic: the type of the new card sent to you will be based on your old card.

The new card inherits the characteristics of the legacy card, i.e. the following will remain unchanged: PIN code, limits, internet payment password, insurance tied to the card.

when and how will I receive the new card?

New cards will be delivered to you by post in the second half of the card expiration month, within 20-25 days after we notify you by email or in your account statement. This does not apply to customers with no residential address or an address outside the EU; they will need to pick up their new card in person at any bank branch after 1 February.

what is to be done if I have been notified that my card has been renewed but it is yet to be delivered by mail?

Your new card will be delivered by post  within 25 days after notification by e-mail or in your account statement. If this time has elapsed and you have not yet received your new Mastercard, ask our colleagues for help at any of our branches or call the K&H TeleCenter at +36 1/20/30/70 335 3355.

If your previous card expires in 2021, it will be terminated on the last day of the expiration month, if it expires after December 31, 2021, it will be terminated on the last day of the month following the expiration month shown on the card. what is to be done if there is a co-card?
